The aircraft departed Runway 22R before going down near the departure end of the airport. In this video, retired airline captain Captain Steeeve reviews the available air traffic control audio and examines what is currently known about the accident. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating, and no official cause has been determined. Captain Steeeve discusses the difficult decisions pilots may face when an emergency develops immediately after takeoff, including aircraft control, available landing areas and the danger of attempting to turn back with insufficient altitude.
