Whack ships are a dime a dozen in many a fandom. They come pass and parcel with any story that has decent characterisation. Create believable people and people will create unbelievable couplings. That’s just the way it goes. Normally though, these pairings are usually fringe opinions. They’re so bad no one could really take them seriously. That’s until I’ve been perusing the Miraculous Ladybug fandom and have found multiple instances of people holding up Lilanette as some sort of likeable relationship with a sizeable positive reception. Am I crazy? That’s crazy right? I can’t believe how anyone could think this could actually work. So I made a video on why it couldn’t (mostly). Enjoy.
