Season 6 in my opinion is off to a flying start. I’m really enjoying the fresh animation (even if there are a few dodgy character resigns) and the story feels overall more in-depth and characters are getting fleshed out way more. What’s not to like? Well, maybe one little thing. Marinette. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not a Marinette hater. I think she can be a great character and overall I think she’s a sweet person. But Jesus they love to make her look absolutely terrible don’t they? Where’s her character development? I realise there’s hints of it but they aren’t taking it in the way I think it should’ve organically gone. A lot of repeating plot points that are getting very old. Things may turn around and be some huge plot point but I've been down that road before so I'm getting ahead of the game and making the call that the writers haven't learned their lesson. Enjoy.
