In the quest to ever lower number of pieces, Robin Houston joked that one piece would still satisfy the four-notches requirement. He came up with this figure-eight geometry on a sphere. The single piece was made in two colors to highlight its two halfs. PLA is sufficiently flexible to print this "puzzle", but TPU works better. a 2-mm headless screw is used as linking pin to hold the pieces and glue together. Copyright (c) 2026, M.
