The Good Place Season 3 Episode 8 REACTION | "Don't Let the Good Life Pass You By" | Syntell & Rekkai Syntell and Rekkai are back for The Good Place Episode 8, and Michael and Janet track down the man they believe is the blueprint for how to live a good life on Earth: Doug Forcett, played by Michael McKean. Between lentils, snails, and a very strict approach to earning points, Eleanor asking Tahani for advice, Jason's made-up Jacksonville-style pool, and Janet fighting off a group of demons, no spoilers on what happens when the bad place catches up with them. Post-reaction: both hosts had a great time getting thoughtful about faith and fear, with Rekkai sharing his perspective as a minister on how grace and faith differ from earning points, a look at why Doug could just as easily have become a cult leader, a debate about whether living in isolation proves you're actually good, and a shout-out to the Discord.
