The Good Place Season 1 Episode 12 REACTION | "Mindy St. Claire" | First Time Watching | Syntell & Rekkai Syntell and Rekkai are back for the penultimate episode of The Good Place Season 1, and the fallout from fake Eleanor's case finally comes to a head. With Shawn presiding and the fate of the whole group on the line, the neighborhood scrambles to make a case that could save everyone, all while a visit to Mindy's medium place adds a wild new wrinkle to everything they thought they understood about the afterlife. No spoilers on how the verdict comes down. Post-reaction: both hosts had a blast with Mindy's chaotic 80s backstory and the group's increasingly high-stakes pleading, plenty of laughs over Jason's usual cluelessness, and real speculation about how everyone is going to get out of the impossible choice they're left with heading into the finale. Both are fully locked in for the season's last episode.
