The Good Place Season 2 Episode 9 REACTION | "Best Self" | Syntell & Rekkai Syntell and Rekkai are back for The Good Place Season 2, Episode 9, and Michael's escape plan for Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani, and Jason finally gets put to the test — with a magic balloon, a soul-weighing scale, and a lot of uncomfortable truths standing in the way. No spoilers on whether the plan actually works or what happens to any of them after. Post-reaction: both hosts had a great time with just how far this "best self" test pushed every character, some real talk about Chidi and Eleanor's relationship finally getting acknowledged, and a solid comparison to how another show handled blowing up its whole premise partway through.
