An older account of a truck driver heading from Ulan (News South Wales), to Mudgee encounters a 9ft Yowie ahead on the road at 3am. Other than the sheer size of it, the glowing red eyes seemed to be one of the most disturbing aspects of the encounter. Fearfully, he doesn’t stop until he reaches Mudgee where he checks over his truck for any possible stowaway.
