Currently Playing: Easy Text to Speech in SillyTavern with Kokoro

We use the Kokoro model that is built in to SillyTavern as a TTS so that our AI bots can talk to us in their own voice. Kokoro is an 82 million parameter text to speech model that can run on either the CPU or GPU. It is licensed under apache-2.0, and as such can be used freely. SillyTavern has it built in and is a wonderful playground to start using the Kokoro model and get a feeling for how it works. #ai #sillytavern #tts #aispeech
