The problem: The machine arrived from the factory with the setup screen mounted too low, forcing operators to bend or squat just to adjust settings, which created unnecessary motion and discomfort. The solution: We raised and tilted the screen so operators can see and adjust it easily at a glance, applying lean thinking to brand-new equipment right from day one.
