The problem: While aiming for a perfect finished product, operators were using worn and inconsistent hand tools during final inspection, which did not reflect the level of care expected in this process. The solution: The tools were repainted and upgraded with heat-shrink handles, improving grip, control, and alignment with our quality standards at final inspection.
