Hey folks, in this video, we share a simple ladder storage improvement from our fabrication area that makes daily sweeping faster, easier, and more consistent at dgshsourcing.com. The problem: The ladder sat on the floor in a designated spot, but sweeping required lifting and moving it, creating motion waste and extra processing — so the area often went unswept.
