This chapter does not open automatically. Before entering, we need a total of 50 buffs, so the first step is upgrading the Amulet of Battle to level 5. Once the requirement is complete, Chapter 3 unlocks—and the final enemy lineup is already waiting for us. The boss team consists of Corvus, Dante, Morrigan, Phobos, and Thea. That is a dangerous combination with strong survivability, healing, control, and damage. Every decision we make before reaching that battle must prepare our team for this exact challenge. We begin with 110 Stall Coins and receive one free card each for Byrna and Somna. From there, the real strategy begins. Our opening squad becomes Electra, Fluffy, Byrna, and Somna, with Adam joining the roster as we continue progressing through the chapter. 💡 KEY TAKEAWAYS The most important lesson in Nightmare Abode Chapter 3 is that shop management can be more important than the fights themselves. You cannot purchase every useful card immediately. Sometimes you have enough Stall Coins. Sometimes you are only a few coins short. And sometimes the same card appears repeatedly, tempting you to spend too much before the next battle. That is where the pinning system becomes extremely valuable. During this run, we pin important cards for Electra, Fluffy, Arachne, Adam, and Somna whenever we cannot afford them immediately. After completing the next battle and earning more Stall Coins, we return to the Hero Development Shop and secure those upgrades before refreshing again. This prevents strong cards from disappearing and allows us to plan several battles ahead. The key is not refreshing endlessly. It takes longer than expected, but we finish without losing a hero and collect 36 Stall Coins. ⚔️ CHAPTER 3 BATTLES The difficulty continues when we face Corvus, Keira, and Morrigan. This battle costs us Byrna, but the remaining heroes manage to secure the victory and earn another 36 Stall Coins. As the roster expands, we move forward with Byrna, Adam, Somna, Fluffy, and Electra. The next enemy team features Alvanor, Augustus, Thea, and Fafnir. It is another demanding fight, but this time the full team survives and earns 54 Stall Coins. We later face Ziri, Maya, Dark Star, Astrid and Lucas, and Lian. Despite the size of the enemy lineup, this battle is more manageable and ends relatively quickly. Another difficult encounter nearly takes down Electra, but she survives. That full-team victory rewards us with 80 Stall Coins and gives us more room to continue upgrading. One of the easier fights comes against a double Arachne lineup. Because of the focused hero development completed earlier, we win without losing anyone. Later, we face Guus, Alvanor, Celeste, Orion, and Aidan and once again finish the battle with our entire team still standing.
