Corvus Corax: Nevermore is a dark Nordic ritual rock song inspired by the Raven Lord, Primarch of the Raven Guard, and his war against tyrants, false kings, and holy chains. Born beneath oppression on Lycaeus, Corvus Corax became a liberator in shadow — a Primarch who understood slavery, rebellion, sabotage, and the price of freedom before he ever stood beside the Emperor. This track focuses on the essence of Corvus Corax: ravens, darkness, broken chains, and the terrible justice of the unseen blade. The song also leans into his relationship with Horus Lupercal and Lorgar Aurelian. Horus appears as the golden tyrant Corax saw beneath the mask, while Lorgar represents spiritual slavery — the priest of chains, the voice teaching men to kneel. Against both, Corvus becomes the shadow that frees. Musically, Nevermore blends grim Nordic ritual atmosphere, Forndom-like melancholy, Heilung-inspired ceremonial weight, raven calls, deep drums, dark rock guitars, and mournful vocals.
