NOTE: during this stream I started dropping frames around the 35:45 mark. There was a lot of waiting around while this attempted to fix itself, but Comcast is a horrible ISP. It eventually clears up but it is highly recommended you skip ahead since this part is obviously pretty boring. Ranking starts around 1:03:25 if you want to see that. Anyway! Panic Bomber. It's not what you expect when you hear about a Bomberman game on the Neo-Geo. And this got released on other consoles, possibly with more content than the Neo-Geo version got... so why did this need to exist? To attempt to get some money in the arcades I guess. At least it's way more playable than Gururin!
