Evoga's Rage of the Dragons is a strange case... it was supposed to be a Double Dragon sequel/spinoff, but then they couldn't get the rights. You can still have characters named Billy and Jimmy if you don't give their last names, right? Anyway, this is a tag-team fighting game that some folks really like, but... there's something that just feels "off" to me about this game. I think it's the graphical style, it always feels like moves don't have much impact. It's hard to explain. I certainly don't think it's a bad game, anyway.
