On Tuesday, Utah Fourth District Judge Tony Graf ruled not to disqualify the Utah County Attorney's Office from the case involving the murder of Charlie Kirk. The defense team for Tyler Robinson filed a motion and made arguments to disqualify the Utah County prosecutors due to an early announcement of them seeking the penalty against the person who killed Kirk at Utah Valley University.
