During the third day of Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing, Brian Davis, a special agent with the State Bureau of Investigation, spoke about flying down to Washington, Utah, to meet Robinson after he was arrested for murdering Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025.
