Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing political activist and founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, makes another in-person court appearance in Provo, Utah. In Tuesday's hearing, it's expected that Robinson’s defense will continue its arguments to disqualify the Utah County Attorney's Office from the case. *Note* This feed was provided directly by the court to KSL and therefore caused an audio clipping issue for approximately the first 35 minutes of the proceeding.
