On Friday, 4th District Judge Tony Graf issued a ruling in a civil case against the Utah County Attorney's Office spokesman, Chris Ballard, for making statements to the news media about the Tyler Robinson case. Graf also made a ruling on whether the death penalty should be removed due to Ballard's statements.
