Nearly 10 months after Charlie Kirk was shot and killed on the campus of Utah Valley University, a preliminary hearing for the alleged gunman, Tyler Robinson, started on Monday. The first witness was Christopher Bagley, a former police officer with the UVU Police Department, now with the Spanish Fork Police Department.
