During the third and fourth days of Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing, the prosecution called Brian Davis, a special agent with the State Bureau of Investigation, to testify about the interview with Lance Twiggs. Twiggs was Robinson’s roommate when Charlie Kirk was fatally shot at Utah Valley University. Deputy Utah County Attorney Ryan McBride interviewed Twiggs in April 2026 about Robinson’s behavior during the days leading to and after Kirk’s death, along with text and Discord messages exchanged by Robinson and Twiggs.
