To believe that He is created is to believe heresy. A mere man, no matter how good, could not redeem humanity. He purchased us with his sinless sacrifice on Calvary According to scripture, the son of God who made the world laid aside the glory of Heaven, took upon himself human flesh, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, bore the sins of the whole world on the cross and rose victorious over death, hell and the grave. We are warned in scripture that satan would try to pollute the Gospel and destroy the message. He has had much success in his pursuit. Many religions declare that Jesus was only a man created by God. Some Christian groups today declare the same thing. But Christianity has always believed with Peter that Jesus Christ is the son of the Living God, God in the flesh, God with us!
