In the USA, we have a presidential election in the near future. Like all presidential elections in the USA, the outcome is critical to our future. With so much at stake, it seems that we could find better candidates than we normally do. Of course, I do not want the job and I imagine most people with much sense, do not want it either. As in most elections, there is substantial division among the people. People are passionately for or against and anger boils over near constantly on the subject of the presidential election, especially as it approaches. The hate is extreme! And the stress can be overwhelming even if you would like to ignore it all. I want to quickly share six simple truths about elections that can lower the stress level during election season.
