A Massachusetts State Police investigator testified about notes found on Lindsay Clancy’s cellphone, including one written in October 2022 in which she described herself as “sad and depressed.” Clancy wrote that she wanted to be able to care for all of her children and was “trying my best,” while expressing fear that something would happen to them. She also wrote that she wanted to have more children after Callan but believed she needed to get therapy first. Clancy is accused of killing her three children at their Duxbury home in January 2023.
