Lindsay Clancy is on trial for the deaths of her three children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, who were found inside their Massachusetts home in 2023. Clancy has claimed she suffered severe injuries after falling from a second-story window following the deaths. On Monday, emergency medicine physician Dr. Kelly McDonough testified about Clancy’s condition, telling jurors she was found outside her home with serious injuries and was unable to move her legs.
