To be delivered in "Stages" ... So I'm putting my best foot forward and hope that it helps you find that Pot 'O Gold that lies at Rainbow's End. Whilst sprinkling the content with some of my private photos of gold that I've won over the years, I'm going into detail of how to lodge an Application for a mining license ... Which, when granted, give YOU ownership of the land ... Meaning you can push, dig, whatever you want to get that Shiny Stuff (well, of course you have to get permission, but this is just a formality as the Mines Dept. requires you to actually work your lease each year).
