One year ago, Daria and I and our cameraman- along with a few friends- took a drive to Nonthaburi and filmed a video that would, two months later, become the first upload ever to a new channel called OTR. Since then, we've filmed 41 more full-length food documentaries, visiting more than 250 of Thailand's most iconic, legendary, and very best restaurants, street carts, and market stalls. Those 250 represent the best of the best- but even within those, a handful of meals stand out.
