In the last video a problem developed with the Yanmar Vio-50 excavator, so in this video I start out fixing it up. First, it needs a new battery which I confirm with a load tester. Second, the quick coupler isn't working right so I open up the control box and fix that. Third, the alternator belt is squealing so I replace it with a new heavy duty belt, but it's not a real easy belt to get off and put back on. Then I get back to work on the hydro, digging out the remainder of the trench toward the pond. And I am installing the intake into the pond with the use of a cofferdam, which makes for a bit of a challenge. But in the end, we have GREAT SUCCESS! The valve works and the pipe flows full.
