Part 2 of building a custom generator for my hydroelectric system. I rewind the stator for the right voltage and power at 1800 RPM. I start out running a test coil to verify the number of turns required to make the right voltage. 17 AWG magnet wire would only go through the slots one wire at a time, so I 3D printed clips to keep the coils flat. Slow, tedious work, but eventually the windings went in. Now, will it work?
