On January 19, 2023, a North Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, officer stopped 26-year-old Samara after hearing her vehicle dragging metal along the road. The car was missing a front passenger-side tire, and Samara appeared lethargic, slurred her speech, and had an open beer inside.
