Toga has had a rough time in My Hero Ultra Rumble. The character somehow always seems to get a new bug / exploit each season and Season 16 the 2nd and half anniversary is no different. She currently has an exploit that allows her to freeze enemies in place allowing her or anyone else to get a free down on them. Now luckily the devs have addressed that they’re aware of this and working towards a fix but it’s just crazy how it feels like every single season she gets a new bug involving a new character or some tuning. It’s also kinda crazy how Rapid Toga has fallen off a lot given that this character was once one of the single strongest ones in Ultra Rumble. I’m assuming the main reason many believe her to be so weak is due her not getting effected by the inertia buff many characters got but as always let me know your own thoughts on Rapid Toga down below.
