Monoma used to be without question the best character in My Hero Ultra Rumble but as of Season 16 he’s fallen off quite a bit. The character suffered a huge change reducing the damage of his copied abilities and since then I don’t really see him all that often. Now that being said I still think he’s quite good since he still can cooldown swap a few times and combo various Quirks for some cool and strong combos.
