As of Season 17 of My Hero Ultra Rumble numerous characters have received an inertia change to their movement making it far better then how it was previously. That is except for Rapid Toga who is one of the final characters remaining with movement to receive the change. And this is probably one of the most asked for buffs I see for this character from those who main her too. I’m curious to know all your thoughts on whether or not this character deserves such a change or is fine as she is. She also got a health buff recently up to 300 which is pretty good.
