Lady Nagant got some new changes in the new Season 16 2nd and a half anniversary patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They increased the cooldown of her alpha, gamma at low levels, and special action, and made it so she has to get her gamma to level 9 for the 2nd charge on top of reducing the headshot damage of her special action too. Now these are some huge hits to her but the biggest is definitely the removal of the early 2nd gamma. This drastically hurts her movement early in a match and forces the player to decide between either committing to maxing it out for the movement or going for more damage by maxing out another move.
