Season 16 the 2nd and half anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble brought many new changes but an unexpected one was a change directly to the storm itself. They’ve now made it so if your in the storm for longer then 10 seconds it’s gonna to deal increased damage to you. And this damage is no joke and has resulted in the storm being more dangerous then ever before. It seems like a direct hit towards removing storm camping / marinating with it now being harder to stay there for long to do something like reviving or group healing your teammates. It also feels like they did this to make Star and Stripe look more appealing with her special action and also her new tuning Area Reduction. This tuning halves the incoming damage from storm which seems like a counter to the new storm change entirely. Today I’m gonna be trying out that new tuning skill with Momo and seeing how effective it can be with this current storm change.
