The PCCS Handy Color 3D Live is a palm-sized, pop-up color solid published by the Japan Color Research Institute. It's built on Munsell's logic... without following Munsell's rules for hue names or even the number of hue planes to include. The Munsell system was adopted as the "official" color system in Japan in 1958, but as we saw in Episode 17, Japanese color systems adapted Munsell to their own cultural milieu.
