After Kaidan and the Dragonborn take care of some business for Brynjolf with the merchants in Riften, Brynjolf is pleased with the Dragonborn when she returns to The Ratway after successfully recouping some money that had been owed to the Thieves Guild by some local merchants in Riften. Brynjolf invites her to meet a man named Mercer in the back of The Ragged Flagon. After being invited to join the Thieves Guild, Brynjolf stops the Dragonborn and asks her to meet him secretly that night, WITHOUT her shield, Kaidan. Thinking this was about guild business, Lady Nadya agreed to meet him. She is bemused to find Brynjolf on the shore of Lake Honrich with candles, blankets, and a hunger for the Dragonborn. The Dragonborn politely turns him down and returns to the Thieves Guild to get her shield, Kaidan. This is part two of my Thieves Guild quest series with the Kaidan mod.
