In this vlog you'll see two of Queenstown's most popular bungy jumps, the Nevis Bungy Jump and the Kawarau Bridge Bungy Jump. Both bungy jumps are owned by the AJ Hackett company. They are professionally run, and we felt safe and sound in their hands... sort of. At least as much as you can feel safe while bungee jumping! We started off our morning in Queenstown with Jordan and Julianne jumping from Kawarau Bridge Bungy Jump. This jump is 43 meters high. It was the first bungy jump to be established in New Zealand. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and you jump in to the turquoise water of the glacial river below! Kara and I jumped from the Nevis Bungy Jump later that afternoon. The Nevis Bungy is 3 times taller than the Kawarau Bridge Bungy. For this jump you ride a little metal cart out to a small building that's hanging between two mountains. Then you jump from 134 meters above the ground. This is the tallest bungy jump in New Zealand and the 14th tallest in the world!
