Location: Doi Suthep, Chiang Mai, Thailand. We rented motor bikes and drove to the most beautiful temple in Chiang Mai - Doi Suthep! Doi Suthep is set up on top of a mountain. It's an easy 30 minute motorbike ride outside of the city. We highly recommend renting a motor bike to drive to the Doi Suthep Temple because the roads are really curvy and a lot of fun on a bike. Do Suthep is a great day trip, especially if you continue on to the mountain village and coffee plantation. If you want to visit all three in the same day, it will take 6 - 8 hours. However, I believe this is one of the best day trips in Chiang Mai! Chiang Mai is an amazing city, but a day trip outside of the city will give you an even greater appreciation for the city. Chiang Mai is quickly becoming our favorite city in Thailand! Next up, a day trip to the sticky waterfall! Thanks for watching!
