Crash survivor Ashley Rosile is suing the City of Scottsdale, alleging the airport allowed another aircraft to be parked inside a protected Object Free Area. The lawsuit follows a February 2025 accident at Scottsdale Airport, when a Learjet veered off the runway during landing and struck a parked Gulfstream, killing the pilot and injuring others.
