The family of a 76-year-old grandmother – identified as Martha Avila – has filed a lawsuit after a Tesla driver crashed into her Texas home and killed her on June 19. The victim’s daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Justin Barbour, are suing both Tesla and the driver, Michael Butler, alleging negligence.
