There appears to be a reversal of fortunes in the war in Ukraine, as Russia begins to feel the pressure of escalating Ukrainian strikes on its energy infrastructure. Attacks on oil facilities have led to critical fuel shortages in Crimea, the territory illegally annexed by Russia more than a decade ago. According to Russian authorities, the latest strikes killed at least four people and injured 28. As Mackenzie Gray reports, the shortages are so dire that fuel stations in the Crimean peninsula have halted all fuel sales to individuals and businesses.
