➖➖➖➖ 👉 DESCRIPTION 👈 ➖➖➖➖ In today’s chapter, we bring an ambitious project to completion: the construction of two massive stone containment walls designed to reshape the terrain of our construction site. These retaining walls have successfully created two elevation levels, giving us valuable flat working space in an otherwise challenging, uneven area. This transformation maximizes the usable land and prepares the site for future infrastructure developments. To execute this demanding task, we relied on the strength of the Volvo EC300E — a 30-ton excavator equipped with Egli attachments such as precision clamps and stone-handling tools. These allowed us to maneuver and place the heavy stone blocks with accuracy and control, ensuring that each piece fit perfectly into place to form a strong, stable wall. Stone transport was handled by our Mercedes Arocs 8x8 with SK18 tipper, which made multiple trips from the nearby quarry to deliver the materials. Its power and traction proved essential for moving such heavy loads across uneven ground. Once on site, the EC300E carefully placed each block in several stages to complete both retaining walls. With the walls now fully constructed, we wrap up this project by safely removing the EC300E from the site, signaling the end of a major milestone. The terrain is now ready for the next phase of development — and we’re proud of the solid foundation we’ve built.
