➖➖➖➖ 👉 DESCRIPTION 👈 ➖➖➖➖ Hello everyone and welcome back to the village house project! We are pushing forward with the build. After getting all the steel rebar perfectly placed in the last episode, today it's time to set up the molds so all that hard work can take shape. We are entering the formwork and concrete pouring phase! We start the day behind the controls of our Renault C480 with the HIAB crane. We head over to the construction warehouse to load all the necessary wooden structures: the column formwork and the retaining boards for the house base. We will also use this run to pick up a key tool for today: the concrete pouring bucket (skip) for the crane. Once all the wooden formwork is set up on-site, it's time for one of the most anticipated moments on the channel... A new machinery debut! We welcome the newest addition to our fleet: the Renault C480 Concrete Mixer. We head straight to the quarry to fully load the drum with fresh concrete. Back at the plot, the critical work begins. We will fill the entire foundation using a combination of the mixer truck and the concrete bucket suspended from the HIAB crane to reach every corner. And since we do things the realistic way around here, our final step is to vibrate the entire mix to settle the concrete and remove any air bubbles.
