This includes laying reinforced electrical conduit pipes and setting prefabricated concrete utility boxes 🧱 with high-durability covers 🔩. The project is commissioned by the local authorities 🏛️, and our team was chosen for our proven experience and powerful equipment 👷‍♂️🚜. We began the day at the construction warehouse 🏗️, where we loaded all the essential supplies—pipes, concrete boxes, and metal covers—using our Mercedes Antos 🚛 equipped with a HIAB crane 🪝. This truck allows us to load everything safely and efficiently, especially in tight spaces. Meanwhile, at the construction site 📍, we’ve deployed our specialized machinery: the Mecalac TA9 dumper 🚜 for moving materials along the trench, and the Mecalac 15MWR excavator 🚧 to dig and install the utility boxes with precision and care. With the site prepared, we proceeded with the conduit installation, using both machines to distribute materials accurately along the route. To streamline the transport of heavy components like the concrete boxes and pipes, we’re utilizing the Mercedes Arocs multilift system with HIAB crane 🪝. This setup lets us place the materials directly into the trench from the truck, reducing time and effort. After the entire conduit network is in place, it’s time to secure everything. The trench is filled with concrete 🧱 using the robust Mercedes Arocs 8x4, fitted with a concrete tipping box. This vehicle heads to the local concrete plant 🏭 for loading before returning to the site for the final pour. Finally, once the underground system is secured, we will install the main transformer unit ⚡. This delicate and heavy task will be handled by our Mercedes truck fitted with the powerful Palfinger crane 🏗️, ensuring the transformer is positioned safely and accurately to complete the electrical system.
