Today we're checking out Alone in Windstorm, a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod set in the cold wilderness of the Kola Peninsula. Well, it's *technically* a mod, build on the CoC Engine, but we could talk about a full-blown indie game at this point. You're playing as a meteorologist working in a remote weather station, communication with the outside world has gone dark, and your only coworker vanished after heading out into the storm. A very interesting, unique mod with a deep focus on survival and exploration.
