In this video, Zeus from Olympus breaks down Robin’s real performance in Hero Wars Dominion Era — including his ultimate, Counterflow passive, Fair Wind patronage, Martha synergy, Somna synergy, and one mystery in the skill description that still doesn’t make sense after repeated testing. 🐴 ROBIN DEVELOPMENT Robin is currently: Maxed in development Maxed in his other upgrades 5 Stars 2,000 Soul Stones away from 6 Stars The good news is that after three years without a new pet, many players have large stores of pet resources ready. That makes Robin much easier to develop than a completely new pet system would have been. ⚡ ON BORROWED WINGS At 5 Stars, Robin’s ultimate: Steals up to 86 Energy from each enemy hero and transfers that energy to the ally who received the least Energy during the previous 15 seconds. That targeting mechanic matters a lot. In many teams, the hero receiving the least Energy is the backline hero. For me, that is often: Martha ❤️ ROBIN + MARTHA When I use Robin: As Martha’s patron And as the active battle pet Martha gains Energy extremely quickly. In my testing, Robin’s ultimate filled roughly: 43% of Martha’s Energy bar at 5 Stars. Once Robin reaches 6 Stars, that number may become even higher. 🚩 WAR FLAG CHANGES ROBIN’S TARGET The War Flag of Readiness gives Energy to the last hero in the formation. That matters because Robin targets the ally who received the least Energy recently. If your last hero already receives bonus Energy from the flag, Robin may redirect his Energy to someone else. So the War Flag you use can actually change which hero Robin feeds. ❓ THE NON-HERO ENERGY MYSTERY Robin’s skill description also says that if the enemy is not a hero, he steals more Energy. At 5 Stars: Hero target: up to 86 Energy Non-hero target: up to 106 Energy So I tested several possibilities. Mushy and Shroom Copies and mushrooms appear on the battlefield. No additional Energy was gained. Morrigan Skeletons appear. No additional Energy was gained. Guus His geese appear. No additional Energy was gained. Enemy Pets I also tested with and without an enemy pet. Still no difference. The result stayed approximately: 43% Martha Energy every time. So the question remains: What exactly counts as a non-hero enemy for Robin’s skill? If you know, tell me in the comments and I’ll test it. 🔻 COUNTERFLOW Robin’s second skill is Counterflow. Whenever an enemy receives bonus Energy, Robin reduces: Physical Attack Magic Attack by approximately: 28,725 for 5 seconds. This triggers whenever the enemy gains bonus Energy. 😴 ROBIN + SOMNA This is where Robin becomes extremely interesting. Somna’s Dream Armor also reduces enemy Physical and Magic Attack. Each Sleepiness effect reduces both stats by: 25,135 and Sleepiness can stack up to three times. Combine: 3 Sleepiness stacks Robin’s Counterflow and the total reduction can exceed: 100,000 Physical and Magic Attack That is a massive reduction. 💥 TESTING AGAINST DANTE, NEBULA & ORION I tested Robin + Somna against heroes that interact heavily with Energy: Dante Nebula Orion Normally, these heroes can destroy teams very quickly. But with Robin and Somna reducing their Attack at the same time, their damage dropped dramatically. Dante’s ultimate barely hurt the team. The enemy damage collapsed, and the Hunter core survived long enough to take control of the battle. 🌬️ FAIR WIND Robin’s patronage skill, Fair Wind, gives: 70 bonus Energy every 5 seconds to the hero he patronizes. This works very well on heroes like: Martha Somna because both benefit heavily from reaching their ultimates sooner. ❤️ BEST MARTHA COMBINATION The combination I like most is: Robin as Martha’s patron plus Robin as the active battle pet That gives Martha: 70 Energy every 5 seconds from Fair Wind Additional Energy from On Borrowed Wings The result is much more frequent Martha ultimates. And with Martha’s Ascension Season coming later in October, that synergy becomes even more interesting. ✅ MY ROBIN VERDICT After testing him extensively: I like Robin. His biggest strengths so far are: Strong Energy manipulation Excellent Martha synergy Excellent Somna synergy Reliable patronage Energy Attack suppression through Counterflow Easy development for long-time players with saved pet resources There is still one open question: What exactly does Robin mean by “non-hero enemy”?
