After that, the difficulty gradually increases: the older episodes are easier than the recent ones. The difficulty depends on the speed at which Hugo speaks, but also on the topic. So some episodes may seem difficult because of the vocabulary rather than the speed. You can use this list to get a general idea of the level of the episodes: - Episodes 1 to 34: A2 (beginner +) - Episodes 35 to 80*: B1 (intermediate -) - Episodes 80 and over: B2 (intermediate +) for solo episodes / B2-C1 for conversations between Hugo and Ingrid or interviews * with the exception of episodes 40 & 74, which are C1 (advanced)

Cet été, pendant mes vacances en Italie, je me suis rendu compte que j’avais adopté une nouvelle habitude… Quand je passais devant un restaurant qui semblait appétissant, au lieu de lire le menu à l’entrée, ma main plongeait immédiatement dans ma poche pour prendre mon téléphone et ouvrir TripAdvisor afin de lire les évaluations des autres clients. Évidemment, TripAdvisor, Google Maps etc. ne sont pas les premiers à avoir eu cette idée. Il y a plus d’un siècle, le guide Michelin avait déjà la même ambition. Pendant des décennies, le célèbre Guide rouge a été la bible incontestée de la gastronomie française. Mais depuis le début des années 2000, il semble être en train de perdre son hégémonie. Certains chefs critiquent publiquement ses méthodes d’évaluation. Les jeunes le trouvent démodé et préfèrent se fier à ses concurrents. Alors, le guide Michelin est-il devenu obsolète ?
