This is episode two of two about Wadid's career. Wadid is a true rags to riches esports story as he wasn't even a player recruited or scouted out of soloqueue. He made his own Challenger team called Rising Stars. After that he was in SBENU briefly, as they sought to qualify back to LCK. He would then go abroad to Europe and the EU LCS where he joined ROCCAT. Coached by Grabbz, he would meet Hjarnan as his bot lane partner and the team was an also-ran in the league. Somehow he got the call up to join G2 Esports, replacing Zven and mithy along with Hjarnan, and the team made the final of S8 Spring and played the mighty Caps and Rekkles FNATIC reasonably close. That summer they lost to Misfits in the quarter-final to be forced into the Regional. Running through the Regional Wadid qualified to Worlds, which would be held in his home town of Busan, South Korea. After some up and down form in the play-ins and group stage G2 got to the play-offs and there faced Uzi's RNG, the number one team in the world and going for the first ever Grand Slam, having won both LPL splits and MSI. Incredibly G2 won in five games to make the semi-final. The semi-final was a whitewash as iG, the eventual champions, destroyed G2 in a sweep. That would be the end of Wadid's time in G2, as he was replaced to create the super-team of S9. He went over to Rogue, a new team to franchising, but they were a bad team. He went to another region as he joined the LCS' FlyQuest. Results did not really come there. Going back to Korea he became an English language analyst on the LCK and during this time he would temporarily join former elite side Griffin as they sought to avoid qualify back to the league. That campaign was unsuccessful and that proved the end of his time in the major regions. He played a year in LLA before going to do his mandatory military service in Korea. In part two, Wadid talks about leaving G2, playing for Rogue and FlyQuest, working on the English language LCK broadcast, trying to qualify for LCK with Griffin, his stint in LLA and why he is disappointed in the direction LoL has gone.
